The opportunity

Make specialist knowledge easier to explore before a conversation begins.

Specialist operators accumulate useful knowledge: how to prepare, what questions to ask, and how different kinds of experiences may be described. This concept asks how a clear digital journey could help a visitor orient themselves without pretending to replace instruction, local judgement, or professional advice.

My contribution

From initial research to a labelled front-end concept suite.

01 / RESEARCH

Frame the visitor need

Translated broad questions about preparation, discovery, and enquiry into concise, human-centred concept prompts.

02 / DESIGN

Shape the journey

Designed interaction patterns that make each concept legible quickly, with a shared visual language and direct next steps.

03 / PROTOTYPE

Keep the truth visible

Built front-end mock-ups and placed safety, illustrative-output, and no-live-data boundaries alongside the experience.

Three representative journeys

Different questions, one honest interaction pattern.

These examples describe concept types in the existing public suite. They are not services, recommendations, or live tools.

Design and safety decisions

A useful concept must make its limits as easy to find as its ideas.

The diagram is a conceptual explanation of the public mock-up experience. It does not depict a live service or operational architecture.

What this demonstrates

Product thinking with an operational conscience.

The work demonstrates how I move from an ambiguous, specialist subject to a coherent front-end story: identify the visitor question, make the interaction understandable, and state what the experience cannot safely claim. The learning is not a performance metric; it is a repeatable way to frame exploratory technology responsibly.

Boundaries

What this case study does not claim.

  • No affiliation, endorsement, commercial relationship, or operator approval.
  • No production deployment, customer use, revenue, booking conversion, or measured outcome claim.
  • No live AI, live conditions, current availability, medical guidance, emergency guidance, or booking workflow.
  • No customer, diver, incident, medical, booking, or private-trip data.
  • No copied screenshots, logos, code, customer material, or protected operator assets in this route.
  • No suggestion that an illustrative mock-up replaces qualified instruction or professional help.
